Current AVGWG spec was focussed on the (D)TV&STB domain, and indeed it 
'just' needs 'some' extensions for Mobile.
I'd be happy to start some activity in this area, if more people are 
interested in joining this activity, and e.g. the MPPWG has some capacity 
to provide inputs on requirements and can do reviewing.
