[Celinux-dev] CABI link on new kernel resource managers page

Hello Tim,

Thanks to notify. I will do that after finishing the preparation of 
documents written in english.

Actually, I would like to add the link for the wiki of our project right
now, however, we have not yet prepared for the sourceforge.net.
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/cabi).
Instead, we had Japanese sourceforge site and upload documents for them
in Japanese. (http://sourceforge.jp/projects/cabi/).
There are not so much human resource for translation, therefore it may
take not a little time to upload. 
Anyway, do our best.
